Worship, Prayer, and Reflection
The Cathedral's first and foremost purpose, of offering worship day by day, goes on. The Cathedral is currently open for private prayer and reflection (and visiting) Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm and Sunday 1pm - 3pm. We also livestream an act of worship every day. The 1662 Book of Common Prayer and Common Worship of the Church of England are used daily. For further information about 'In-Person' and Livestreamed worship, please visit the link below.

We visited the guided tour of the library ably assisted by David the librarian and curator. This is the most amazing hidden gem in the cathedral. You climb up 39 stone steps and enter this treasure trove of ancient books and manuscripts.
What a great experience. We have never been here before and had the opportunity to tour Worcester Cathedral. The guides were very informative and helpful.
We saw King John’s tomb (the one in Robin Hood story) and Prince Arthur’s tomb (Henry Vll's son) what a tragic story.
