Can I get married at Worcester Cathedral?
Possibly. There are some criteria you would need to meet to be able to get married here. Please email info@worcestercathedral.org.uk to make an enquiry.
Can I hold a concert or an event at Worcester Cathedral?
Worcester Cathedral is an excellent venue and we hold many events here throughout the year. If you would like to hold an event here, please email us to discuss your requirements at events@worcestercathedral.org.uk.
What facilities do you have?
Our Cloister Café serves drinks, snacks and light meals during Cathedral opening hours.
The toilets are located off the east Cloister (just past the café). There is a unisex disabled toilet with baby-change facilities. The verger on duty can give access.
Do you have disabled access?
Most areas of the Cathedral are wheelchair accessible. The Nave is flat and there is access from there into the Cloister via a ramp.
The café and toilets (and Shop when open) are all in the Cloister. The East End and Quire can be accessed via a lift or via the Friends' Door on the North side of the Cathedral (opposite the High Street).
Unfortunately, the Crypt, Tower and Library are not wheelchair accessible. Please see the Accessibility page for more information.
Can I visit the Library?
Yes, tours and study sessions can be arranged by appointment only. Please email our Librarian on davidmorrison@worcestercathedral.org.uk for more information.

Can I bring my dog?
YES... As of 17 July 2023, we are dog-friendly!

Who can I talk to about lost property?

Can I hear the choir sing?
One of the Cathedral Choirs sing evensong each day during school term time and on Sundays at the 10.30am Eucharist and 4pm Evensong. During school holidays services may be said or there may be a visiting choir.

Can I take photos?
You are welcome to take photographs using a hand held camera, mobile phone or iPad for personal use only. We would appreciate a donation towards the upkeep of the Cathedral. For those wanting to photograph using a tripod (photos for personal use only), please seek permission at the Welcome desk, near the main entrance. Click here for full information.
You must seek permission for any commercial photography or filming in advance. There is normally a charge for any commercial photography (photos or film which you receive payment for or which you use to promote your business).
Drone photography is not normally permitted. please see our Photography page for more information.
How can I support the Cathedral?
There are a number of ways you can support our beautiful Cathedral. You can give to a number of our fundraising schemes supporting music or heritage, you could volunteer your time as a guide or welcome. See our Support Us page
