Three Choirs Festival 2027

Experience the power of live choral music at the 2027 Three Choirs Festival in Worcester. Our magnificent selection of concerts features the Festival’s own choirs, internationally recognised soloists, and the world-renowned Philharmonia Orchestra. Enjoy our flagship evening concerts, laid back late-nights and intimate daytime recitals, and soak up the atmosphere between events in our Festival Village in the majestic surroundings of Worcester Cathedral.

With the three Cathedral Choirs from Gloucester, Hereford, and Worcester joining forces throughout the week, the enlightening programme for 2027 includes Britten’s War Requiem, Vaughan Williams’ Sea Symphony, Beethoven’s Missa solemnis and many more. There is also a vibrant daytime schedule with recitals from National Youth Choir of Great Britian, Tenebrae, Roderick Williams, and Gesualdo Six among many others. You can find more details here.

There is also plenty to do which doesn’t need a ticket – pop into one of the open cathedral rehearsals to hear how the orchestra and chorus prepares for each evening, meet with friends and enjoy a drink at the Festival Bar, discover amazing local performers on the Festival Bandstand, and browse the beautiful items made by highly-skilled designers in the Festival Marquee.

It’s going to be an incredible week of music – why not come along and see for yourself why so many come back year after year and join the excitement as we rapidly approach our 300th festival, Hereford 2028. You are going to want to be a part of it!
