A Day of Drawing

Perhaps you have always wanted to draw and sketch but are unsure how to get started. Alternatively, you may have enjoyed drawing in the past and want to refresh your skills and experience new techniques. This one day course will begin or further develop your drawing practice and introduce new ways of seeing simple objects and natural forms. You will be working with a choice of graphite, ink, and charcoal on a range of papers in the historic setting of the Undercroft Learning Centre. All course materials will be provided. The course is aimed at over 16s.
The course is led by Elizabeth Beattie who is an experienced fine art tutor, passionate about drawing in all its forms.
